Our founder and the project manager Caroline Jepchumba Kibii has been listed as one of the Top100 Young African Conservation Leaders 2021. She then joins other 99 fellows in a 9-month leadership program coordinated by World Wildlife Fund, African Wildlife Foundation, The Scouts Movement, and Africa Alliance of YMCA.
She is an environmental scientist, researcher, scholar, and writer/blogger. Caroline has worked with non-governmental and research organizations and recently joined the academic sector.
She holds a master’s of arts in environmental planning and management, a bachelor’s of science in environmental science, and a postgraduate diploma in project management.
She has worked on several development projects, particularly in natural resource management, climate change intervention, and community development.
Caroline specifically spearheads land and forest restoration, waste management, and environmental education. She is has developed a keen interest in environmental policies, laws, and regulations.
She is a nature enthusiast, volunteer, and community leader.
